Another two doctoral degrees are to be celebrated in March!

On March 12, Blanca A. Vega Alanis successfully defended her PhD thesis: Synthesis of novel scaffolds as selective ligands for the alpha/beta interface of the GABAA receptor at TU Wien, in the group of Marko Mihovilovic.

 

On March 22, Aleksandra Garifulina also excellently defended her PhD thesis Modulation of GABAA Receptors by Low-Molecular-Weight Compounds. Aleksandra finished her thesis in the group of Steffen Hering, University of Vienna.

Both students were co-supervised by Margot Ernst.
