With Aljoša Smajić in February, Max Tiefenbacher (González group) in July we had two students to welcome but who we met (as everybody else) mostly on the zoom screen for the first months.
At the first big in person meeting since 2019 - the very successful MolTag Scientific Retreat (more to that seperately) - we finally had the chance to get to know them in real life!
As well, in Sepember 2021 Jiahui Huang joined (like Aljoša before) the Ecker group at the same time as Bozhidar Baltov and Michael Netzer who both will increase the Hering group.
