Nathalie started as PhD student in the Danzl Group at ISTA in 2019. During this time she spent her lab roation on "Designing a MERFISH pool for dissection transcriptome organization in SLC7a5 mutant mice" in the Novarino lab.
During her time as MolTag student, Nathalie worked on pushing the resolutuion limits of spatical transcritpomics technologies and enrichting their spatial capabilities.
