Elodie Laine from the Laboratory of Computational and Quantitative Biology at Sorbonne Univ. will give a lecture about functional protein sites.

Elodie Laine works as an associate professor in the Laboratory of Computational and Quantitative Biology (LCQB), at Sorbonne Université Paris. She did her PhD and her postdoc in molecular modeling and structural dynamics, at Institut Pasteur and Ecole Normale Supérieure de Cachan, respectively. At LCQB, she started to develop methods for studying proteins at large scale and to include evolutionary aspects.
